During the episode, which focused on Liv and Sandra's reunion fans took to social media to slam Sandra's character, saying she is just after money. Some viewers were also saying the storyline was 'typical' and 'boring'.
Viewers on social media blasted Sandra saying she doesn't care about Liv and is just seeking money. Deanobeanos said: "She's after somewhere to stay and monies see her eyeing the place up"
Another Twitter user, JordanPhelps21 said: "Sod off Sandra! You don’t care about Liv!"
"Yes Sandra you're the mother & u were the mother when she was a kid & when she turned to u the last time. It didn't matter to u then except to exploit her & make Liv worse," added another user.
Later on in the episode, after Sandra confessed to Liv that she was seeking help with her drinking, Liv told her mum she couldn't help but was soon persuaded, offering her a tenner to go get some food.
Sandra was spotted in the cemetery where she fell into some bushes and damaged a grave. After a quick sleep on the sofa, Liv offered her mum the chance to stay, knowing she was in need of help.
However, some viewers saw right through the character and the new story. One person on Twitter said: "Maybe its my age These soaps are so predictable I knew the moment Sandra turned up she was after Liv's Money . Zzzz"
RyanGSoapKing11 asked: "What are you up too Sandra?"
1stLadyHooligan tweeted: "I knew that perfectly timed ''drunken'' stumble where Liv & Gabi could see Sandra was too convenient. So Sandra's after money. I hope Liv catches on real quick that her mum is using her."
The episode concluded with Sandra waiting for Vinny, Liv's husband, to leave the house before she could make a suspicious phone call. On the call Sandra was heard saying: "You'll get your money soon" with Vinny still in the house, he hid behind her to listen in.
So Sandry is acting sneaky and answering questionable phone calls. The question is, will Liv be safe with her mum back in the picture?
