Emmerdale 's Moira Dingle actress Natalie J Robb has revealed there are "twists and turns" on the way, in the fallout to a life-changing bombshell.
Her character recently learned devastating news, and there's set to be "turbulence" ahead as lives are changed forever.
On Monday night, viewers will see the moment Al Chapman died in special flashback scenes - as his killer Kyle Winchester, aged 10, relives the horrifying murder.
Cain Dingle's young son was revealed to be Al's true killer on Friday night, after Cain pled guilty following his arrest.
Monday's episode will see Kyle and Cain both reliving the horror that unfolded last week, as Cain's wife Moira Dingle reels from the shocking truth.
But the trouble is far from over, with more "twists" ahead it seems.
Actress Natalie has teased what is ahead for the family and the storyline, as the shocking truth is exposed.
She revealed: "Moira is shocked to the core by Cain's confession. I think deep down she knew something wasn't quite right but she had no idea that Kyle had been involved in the shooting."
Natalie added: "I think the audience will really sympathise with Moira's dilemma. She will do everything she can to keep her family together, Kyle may not be hers by blood but she sees him as her own. She has a lot of extremely difficult decisions to make.
"This is a fascinating story to play as there are so many twists and turns that will cause a ripple effect to other characters in the village that are not yet aware of the true circumstances.
"Moira, as a mother and a wife, has such a turbulent time ahead which is great as an actress to get stuck into."
Al's death aired a week ago, and it initially seemed Cain was the killer as he did a runner - but fans were not convinced that he was guilty.
As the week went on viewers speculated who the real killer could be, only for the truth to be revealed during Friday night's episode.
It isn't clear yet when the truth will be exposed to everyone, with looming scenes revealing only Kyle, Cain, Moira and Amy are aware of what Kyle did.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV, with an hour-ling episode on Thursdays.
