Emmerdale star Isobel Steele's life from co-star pals to second job after soap exit

Isobel Steele 's final scenes on Emmerdale aired earlier this month as part of the ITV soap's 50th anniversary, which brought a devastating storm to the fictional village.

Her character Liv Dingle – whom she has played since 2016 – was one of the fatalIties, having ended up getting crushed by a caravan which flew towards her in the strong wind.

The actor, 21, was involved in emotional scenes this week as Liv's loved ones said goodbye to her as she lay trapped under the vehicle in the moments prior to her death.

It was likely a bittersweet experience for Isobel, who is looking ahead to the future but has admitted that she is going to miss her colleagues on the set of the ITV show.
