Emmerdale star Amy Walsh will be appearing in the latest series of Celebrity Masterchef.
The actor, who played Tracy Metcalfe in the ITV1 soap, will be appearing in the latest series of the cooking competition on BBC1. In a post made on her Instagram account, she confirmed she would be on the show.
She wrote: "It’s finally out, I can’t even believe I’m able to write this post. It’s a show I’ve always wanted to be apart of and it happened!!!"

The next season of Celebrity Masterchef will air this summer with judges Gregg Wallace and John Torode returning for the next set of episodes.
Katie Attwood, MasterChef Series Editor, says: "This series is a total treat for Celebrity MasterChef fans – John and Gregg are on sizzling form and the creative dishes that the celebrities deliver need to be seen to be believed. Expect everything and more!"
This comes after Amy left Emmerdale for maternity leave. However, it appears she may soon return to the show.
