Emmerdale airs violence next week, as Dan Spencer takes action against creepy new character Lloyd to protect his young daughter Amelia.
Amelia, aged 16, recently started posting tutorial videos on an online app, trying to build up her social media presence.
Soon she was gaining subscribers and getting paid by users for content, with many users also sending her messages.
Amelia got talking to some of those following her page, unaware of the dangers that her online profile could bring.
This week, fans will see Amelia in distress as one of her top subscribers is revealed to be an adult man, and not the young girl she believed him to be.
His name is Lloyd, and he shows up at the salon where she works leaving her horrified and fearing for her safety.
Claiming to be her top subscriber and revealing his chats with her, the vile character soon demands one-on-one time.
Mandy comes to her rescue and eventually her dad Dan spots a note left by Lloyd, leaving him horrified when he learns what has happened.
Dan intends to take action with the police, with Lloyd knowing their address, but distraught Amelia insists she doesn’t want police involvement.
Things escalate though when Dan calls the police as Lloyd manages to get hold of Amelia's phone number - and Dan hopes he's managed to scare the character off, as he tracks him down and issues threats.
But next week, spoilers reveal things come to a head after Lloyd refuses to back down and instead makes a police complaint against Dan.
As the week goes on, Amelia is once again left terrified when Lloyd shows up at the church and tries to explain himself.
Dan spots the pair together and races over to warn Lloyd yet again, who remains unapologetic for his behaviour.
Things reach breaking point and Dan snaps, leading to him punching Lloyd - but will he regret his actions?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
