Emmerdale fans have a big week in store on the ITV soap as there’s a highly-anticipated soap wedding on the cards.
There are heartwarming scenes as Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) and Rhona Goskirk (Zoë Henry) tie the knot – after a hospital dash the night before.
Meanwhile, newcomer Kit (Thoren Ferguson) sees his two-timing ways exposed, spelling trouble for Laurel (Charlotte Bellamy) and her stepdaughter Gabby Thomas ( Rosie Bentham ).
Elsewhere, Manpreet Sharma is in for a surprise when she overhears a conversation Marcus Dean is having on the phone.
Marlon suffers pre-wedding emergency
An exhausted Marlon is standing up after his stag do, intent on walking down the aisle following his progress after a severe stroke, only to see his legs buckle beneath him.
After falling to the ground, Marlon agrees with best mate Paddy Dingle ( Dominic Brunt ) that he should get checked over at the hospital.
However, he insists he doesn't want an ambulance, as he doesn't want to ruin Rhona’s night before the big day.
Marlon is then devastated when the doctor at the hospital tells him he must stay overnight as his blood pressure is very high.
Marlon and Rhona tie the knot
As the big day arrives, Rhona is ecstatic, but with Marlon at the hospital, he learns his blood pressure readings are still too high for him to be discharged.
Paddy tries to keep Marlon calm, but it proves difficult when the pair begin to panic that the big day is ruined.
As Rhona's mum Mary (Louise Jameson) and pal Vanessa try to delay Rhona's arrival at the church, she sees through their attempts and realises something is wrong.
Vanessa hopes that Marlon will still be able to make it as she reassures the bride and outside, Priya is relieved to see Paddy and a determined Marlon approaching the church.
Just as Rhona declares that something must have happened to Marlon, he sails through in his pimped up wheelchair in emotional scenes.
The day proves to be a heartfelt one, as Marlon and Rhona finally exchange vows.
Marcus secret rumbled after cryptic phone call
Charles (Kevin Mathurin) and Ethan Anderson (Emile John) see moire fallout next week on the soap after the shock discovery of their daughter and sister Naomi (Karene Peter).
Charles couldn't hide his upset when he learned that Ethan had been in touch with Naomi, as she continues to stonewall him.
Next week sees another stumbling block when Manpreet (Rebecca Sarker) overhears Ethan's boyfriend Marcus (Darcy Grey) on the phone.
Deep in conversation, he unwittingly reveals that Ethan is meeting up with his sister.
Manpreet interrupts Marcus to quiz him about what she's just heard - only for Charles to show up too. Will Ethan's attempts to bond with Naomi drive a wedge between him and Charles?
Laurel finds Kit cheating with stepdaughter Gabby
Gabby ( Rosie Bentham ) has been trying to find someone to share her life with after mainly focusing on her son Thomas and has thrown herself into the world of online dating.
She gets chatting to a mystery man called Chris and the two quickly arrange a date – but Gabby has no idea that her date's real name is not Chris at all, but is actually Kit.
Gabby is flustered the morning after their meeting as Laurel arrives at Home Farm, rushing her out of the door as an oblivious Kit comes downstairs.
In later scenes, Kit shows no remorse and easily juggles both of his relationships with Gabby and Laurel.
But things are set to get even more complicated when Laurel suggests to Gabby that they give double dating a try.
Kit is forced to cover up his lie at the Shop by forcing a smile and convincing Laurel he will cook a meal for them after following Marlon Dingle's tips closely.
As Laurel and Kit enjoy their meal, he continues to message Gabby, sending an apologetic message for being late.
He then finds himself weighing his options when Laurel suggests they spend the night together.
At Home Farm, Kit enjoys his second dinner date of the day, and as he and Gabby kiss and head upstairs, Laurel arrives.
What will happen when she finds out that her new man is also Gabby's?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV.
