The Emmerdale 50th anniversary celebrations kick off next week on the ITV soap as two familiar faces return to the village ahead of chaotic scenes later in the month.
Soap fans can expect the comebacks for Aaron (Danny Miller) and Tracy (Amy Walsh) as well as Chas and Al's affair finally being rumbled.
Meanwhile, elsewhere on the Dales, the truth about Mackenzie's mystery lover is exposed to viewers.
Here is everything Emmerdale fans can expect coming next week on the ITV soap.
Chaos as Aaron Dingle returns
Danny is making his return to the ITV soap to mark the 50th anniversary next month, as Liv is being tricked by her mum Sandra and her evil accomplice Terry, with both keen to secure the house Liv owns and push her back into her alcoholism.
However, when Aaron makes his surprise return to the village, he immediately finds himself confronting Terry, who had been demanding Liv retract her statement to the police.
But during a fight, Liv ends up hitting her head on a table and falling unconscious, while a panicked Terry tries to flee. Just as he’s about to scarper, he collides with Liv’s brother.
After attacking Terry, Aaron finds himself under arrest, while a still-unconscious Liv is rushed to hospital.
When he’s finally released, Aaron’s first move is to check on his sibling’s condition – but he’s soon left stymied when Vinny insists that Liv wants nothing to do with him. Can Aaron make it up to her if she recovers?
Mack's one night stand revealed
Earlier this month, Mack (Lawrence Robb) had a one night stand with a mystery woman in the village. Charity (Emma Atkins) still has no idea about his betrayal, but that could be about to change.
ITV spoilers reveal that Mack is left upset next week when a drunken Nate Robinson makes an ill-timed joke about his affair.
Sensing the discomfort, Ryan orders them to spill the beans and eventually gets the truth from Mack.
Mack is then ordered by Ryan to tell Charity the truth, but when he refuses to do so and threatens to fight any accusations, Ryan is left beaten.
But there’s more anxiety for Mack when his one-night stand calls again and he decides to confront the situation head-on, arranging a secret meeting with the mystery person. Soon enough, their identity is revealed…
Nate and Tracy to 'reunite'
Aaron isn’t the only character returning this week – as Emmerdale fans will also see a comeback for Tracy.
Tracy was last seen in the village in January of this year after actress Amy went on maternity leave to welcome her first child with former EastEnders actor Toby-Alexander Smith.
Next week, Nate assures Naomi (Karene Peter) that he’ll be there for her plea hearing but he is soon distracted by someone and doesn’t keep his promise.
Nate’s stunned when he catches a glimpse of Tracy and Frankie from the Woolpack Beer Garden and quickly rushes over to greet them.
New spoiler images show Nate having a cuddle with his daughter Frankie, but will he tell Tracy about his new romance with Nicola?
Will caught up in love triangle dilemma
Will is about to get married but is left shocked when he learns that Dan and Harriet are now dating.
Still struggling to digest the news on the night of his stag do, he ends up doing something he may well regret…
Harriet, meanwhile, tells Wendy that she’s still in love with Will., who advises her to stick with Dan. Will Harriet choose a different path?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7.30pm on ITV.
