Emmerdale's Cain Dingle will be left devastated on the soap next week after his youngster Kyle Winchester goes missing, after his dad has an explosive row with Al Chapman.
The feud between Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Al (Michael Wildman) has long been simmering, but their animosity is dragged out into the open next week.
ITV spoilers reveal that in scenes airing next week, Cain discovers that Al is moving in with Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton), so he will also be living with Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson) and his son Kyle (Huey Quinn).
Cain is left furious at the new arrangement, but Amy threatens a custody battle with Cain if he continues to meddle in her life.
Cain's wife Moira (Natalie J Robb) tries to pacify Amy, promising her she will try and get through to Cain, but as Al takes a perverse pleasure in antagonising the situation, Cain is unlikely to back down.
Al continues to stir up the situation when he later suggests that Amy send Cain a solicitor's letter - but will Amy rise to the bait and upset Cain even more?
Meanwhile, Moira is trying to persuade Cain to forget about his feud with Al and focus more on his relationship with Kyle.
But Cain refuses to get on board with Al living in the same house as his son.
Cain and Amy soon agree to stick to their original visitation plan and keep solicitors out of the situation, leaving Moira proud that Cain hasn't risen to Al's baiting.
Al tries to hide his disappointment when Amy confirms that she and Cain are sticking to their original arrangement, but another malicious way to wind up Cain begins to form in his mind.
Unbeknownst to anyone else, Al gives Kyle his old phone, which he quickly pockets.
Cain later catches Kyle asking Vinny Dingle (Bradley Johnson) to buy him a top-up card from the shop and Cain's rage boils over when Kyle tells him that Al gave him the phone.
Cain works himself up into such a fury that his temper reaches a pique and terrified Kyle suddenly goes missing - leaving Cain devastated.
Will Kyle be found after his shock disappearance on the soap? And if he does come home, has Cain’s feud with Al cost him his relationship with his son?
Emmerdale airs these scenes from Monday, February 7 to Friday, February 11 on ITV.
