Emmerdale might soon be saying goodbye to a village favourite.
Viewers of the ITV soap will see Sarah Sugden, played by Katie Hill, battling feelings of being marginalised by her family in upcoming scenes. The character is growing frustrated with grandmother Charity Dingle being Noah Dingle’s recent trials and tribulations.
Sarah will consider leaving the village behind. Emma Atkins, who plays Charity, told Inside Soap the family face a real battle convincing Sarah to stay.

Charity is mortified,” explains Emma. “She’s so wrapped up in guilt and worry for Noah that she doesn’t even know what month it is.”
