Dominic first came to Emmerdale as Paddy in 1997 working as a locum for Zoe Tate. He has remained on the Yorkshire Dales soap for 25 years and has no plans on leaving.
Speaking to Inside Soap in 2020, Dominic said: "I've had enough shady jobs to know this is one of the best in the world "I love it, I'm proud of it and I'm loyal to it.
"I still find it difficult and it makes me nervous, you can't just busk it! But honestly, if they said: 'Sign here for another 23 years', I'd bite their hand off.
"If they'll keep writing for me, I'll keep putting the effort in for them. It's whipped by in an instant so far."
