Emmerdale's Olivia Bromley hints at dramatic twist as scenes to cause major 'twist'

Emmerdale's Daisy Taylor actress Olivia Bromley has hinted that her character could be set to face a dramatic twist.

In upcoming scenes, Daisy's character will find out she's four months pregnant but while most people would be overjoyed and preparing for a happy future – this might not be the case. Gabby reveals to Lucas and Clemmie that Dawn is expecting a child, much to her dismay.

But in distressing scenes, Clemmie fears that the arrival of the new baby will see her pushed out of the family leaving her completely devastated. Rocked by the news, she's seen pushing a stool into Dawn's stomach.

However, Dawn later collapses and is subsequently rushed to the hospital as Clemmie is left horrified by her actions. In a moving scene, Dawn and dad-to-be Billy are overcome with emotion as the medical expert reveals their unborn baby has escaped unharmed. "It is a worrying time for them because it's all just gone quickly very wrong," Olivia told members of the press, before adding: "What always happens with Billy and Dawn is they have a glimmer of happiness and a celebratory moment that's smashed away always.

Speaking about her upcoming pregnancy storyline, she went on to say: "I think it will be a meaty storyline with lots of twists and turns and it will be good for us as actors to play that dynamic."

Discussing the storyline, actor Jay Kontzle said: "For Billy, this is what he's always wanted. The security from family life. Their lives are back on track and going in the right direction," whilst Olivia added Dawn is "really happy" by the news and she's grateful for the stability.

The pair have now teased it could be around Christmas when Dawn gives birth if everything goes to plan...

Speaking about what's to come with the storyline, Dawn actress Olivia revealed: "I think it’ll be quite a meaty storyline as well. I think there's a lot of twists and turns and it’ll be good for us as actors to play that."

"He's doing a great job. It's unrealistic how good a job he's doing, it's like someone's constantly watching him," Jay added, "It's not that easy, I swear to god. My kids are intelligent, really good kids but they stress me out.

"He's got a good tolerance level. I have to take a leaf out of Billy's book."
