Emmerdale's evil Meena Jutla left the court reeling tonight as she made a string of accusations in court.
The serial killer took to the stand tonight - despite it being against her barrister's advice - as she gave her version of what happened the night that she murdered Ben Tucker.
But her claims that she was acting in self-defence was just one of the bold accusations she made, including that she and Liam had an 'affair' behind Leyla's back, as she took aim at the doctor.
She was first asked what happened the night Ben died, as she explained she had gone to check on Ben as she felt he wasn't coping after being accused of being responsible for the bridge collapse.
Meena claimed she caught him with his hand in the till, and alleged that he "didn't know who she was" as the "red mist had descended". She then claimed that Ben started throwing accusations at her, as she tried to leave.
Meena said she was chased by Ben as she ran, and as she explained how he had 'put his hands around her throat' and tried to strangle her, she started to break down in tears, leaving Liam and Manpreet rolling their eyes.
"I knew I had to defend myself, or I would die," she said through tears, as she explained why she hit Ben with an oar.
She addressed the jury directly as she insisted nothing had been the same for her since that day, as she tried to defend her actions since including the kidnapping of her sister Manpreet and shooting Leyla.
"I'm not a cold blooded killer," she said, "I just wanted to survive."
Later, she continued her onslaught, telling the court Liam and her had conducted an affair, after getting close following Leanna's death. She claimed Liam had started flirting with her and pressuring her for sex, as she called the affair 'wrong'. "He'd only married Leyla a few months earlier, but his guilt over Leanna is what really ate him up," she said.
"He let her down as a father, and he needed someone to blame. Liam's not who people think he is, he's cruel, controlling and I was so scared. I thought he was going to kill me," she explained.
Meena also horrifyingly claimed she had been pregnant with either Liam or Billy's baby, and had taken six tests to be sure.
She said: "I didn't have the chance to register the pregnancy, because after Christmas Day and the pub explosion, I lost my baby."
