Emmerdale's Meena Jutla confessed to a secret murder - as she faced off with her sister Manpreet Sharma.
The evil serial killer was finally found guilty of the three murders at her court hearing in tonight's episode, but all did not go smoothly in the court as she was attacked by Nadine's sister Carol, who vowed to get her revenge for her sister's death.
Meena was injured in the clash, and Manpreet rushed to her aid, but the serial killer took advantage of the situation and grabbed the piece of glass Carol had used and held it against her sister, holding her and the whole court to ransom.
She tried to make her escape with her sister, but was stopped by the locked doors in the courtyard, and her fate was sealed. In a confrontation between the pair of them, Manpreet had the upper hand as she managed to grab the piece of glass.
"Go on, do it," she goaded her sister as Manpreet held the piece of mirror up to her sibling's face, "You just stick me with the pointy end. I'm deadly serious, let's see if that killer instinct runs in the family."
Manpreet then asked Meena why she would give her the satisfaction, before Meena brought up their parents.
"All that guilt you have about not getting to dad's death bed in time," she said, "He was suffering - waiting for you to get there so I injected extra morphine into his drip." A horrified Manpreet couldn't say anything, as Meena continued her confession.
"You killed him so I couldn't be there at the end?" Manpreet asked, nearly in tears, as Meena insisted it was just a "bonus".
With a sick smile on her face, she told her sister she was responsible for their dad's death. "I ended him because he was just like every weak pathetic man in my life. I was there holding his hand, nursing him, but it was you he was calling out for," she said.
An angry Manpreet turned on her sister and slammed her into the wall, holding the piece of glass up to her face as Meena begged her to inflict the wound, convinced Manpreet would finally stoop down to her level.
Stepping back, she told Meena: "I'm nothing like you," as the armed guards took Meena as she screamed.
"This is not how it ends," she yelled as she was dragged away, as Manpreet told her: "Yes it is, sis."
