Emmerdale's Mary Goskirk is currently in the midst of a major storyline after she was attacked by her latest love interest, Faye, in recent scenes.
Faye was introduced to viewers a few months back as Mary's new lover and things seemed to get off to a great start.
However, things turned sour when Mary suspected that Faye had pocketed money intended for charity, after she helped her to organise a fundraiser.

Fans are eagerly waiting to see if Mary will recover from Faye's attack, in the mean time we have taken a dive into actress Louise Jameson's life off-scrren, OK! reports.
How old is Louise and where is she from?
Louise, who joined the ITV soap just last year, was born on 20 April 1951, making her 71 years old, She is originally from Wanstead in Essex.
Is Louise married and does she have children?
Louise has certainly had some romantic ups and downs of her own but thankfully nothing quite as dramatic as that of her on-screen counterpart.
The actress has two sons, named Harry and Tom, however their father is not known as they were born before Louise shot to fame.
While Louise keeps her private life and experience of motherhood out of the limelight, she did once joke that she gave her sons some “kudos” as teenagers.
Louise met artist Martin Bedford in the 1980s while she was filming drama series Bergerac, the pair dated for a few years before tying the knot in 1990.
The couple reportedly married in a quiet ceremony at a Church near Louise’s home town in Kent and her two sons were said to be in attendance. However, it wasn’t to last and Martin and Louise called it quits in 1997.
The actress opened up about the split in an interview, when she confessed that they had both become “careless of one another’s feelings and no longer put each other first.”
The 72-year-old admitted that she still missed Martin from time to time and that they had had some good times together despite the difficulty. After splitting with Martin, the star was linked to a handful of other famous faces.
It’s believed that Louise used to date fellow Doctor Who star Robert Ashby, who is also the son of former Pakistan Prime Minister Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy.
However, it’s not clear when they split up and Robert tragically passed away in 2019. Louise then dated another Doctor Who connection in the form of her romance with David Warwick, who played Kimus.
The couple first met when Louise was playing Leela in the 70s and the pair wound up voicing Doctor Who Audio Stories together some three decades later in 2004.
However it’s thought that Louise, who wowed Emmerdale fans with her transformation, is currently a single woman.
