Emmerdale's Kerry Wyatt star Laura Norton has been away from the long-running soap in recent months as she takes maternity leave following their birth of her daughter Ronnie.
Fans of the show last saw Kerry in the fictional Yorkshire village back in November, after the death of her fiancé Al Chapman. Kerry knew Al had been having an affair, though she didn't know it was with Chas Dingle.
In a bid for a fresh start, Kerry took a job on a cruise ship and said her goodbyes to Emmerdale.

Laura shares baby Ronnie, and an older son Jesse, with fiancé Mark Jordon, who soap fans will know as Emmerdale's Daz Spencer. Earlier this year Mark revealed how both children have been diagnosed with Usher syndrome, a condition that impacts both hearing and vision.
The couple were first concerned about their son's health when he failed standard hearing tests but they didn't learn that it was Usher Syndrome until they were expecting their second child Ronnie, who was born last October. Usher syndrome is genetic and the two soap star parents were told they were both carriers of the gene which causes the condition.
Jesse now wears a hearing aid and the couple are looking to raise awareness and help other parents with children who have been diagnosed with the condition.
On Tuesday Laura shared some "big news" on Instagram. The 39-year-old said she was proud to announce she is hosting a fundraiser for the Cure Usher charity this September with "drinks, celebrity guests and so much dancing" among other things.
Laura added: "This is a personal journey for us to raise awareness for the much needed funding in research for Usher Syndrome. Your support really can help make a change. Please come and join us for a night of disco fun. We’re so grateful for your support and can’t wait to see you there."
Laura is expected to return to Emmerdale this year, with her co-stars Jessie Elland and Lawrence Robb, who play Chloe Harris and Mackenzie Boyd, telling a press conference how eager they were to work with her again back in January.
Jessie said: "I absolutely love Laura Norton, she’s fabulous", as Lawrence added: “She’s really funny on set.”
