Thomas Atkinson is an English actor who is well known for his role as Lachlan White in Emmerdale. The star joined the show in 2014 and was just fifteen years old and was also in a relationship with Belle Dingle.
During his time on the ITV hit soap he was known for criminal activities as he committed several murders in the village.
He murdered his mum and grandfather, Chrissie and Lawrence, his best friend Gerry and his 'fake' uncle Terry. He also attempted to murder Liv Flaherty and Robert Sugden, businessman Freddy.
It's thought he has murdered his aunt, Rebecca White, though villagers have been led to believe she's moved to Ibiza.
Since leaving the soap, Thomas was spotted on Netflix hit show Sex Education. He played the role of Nick in the Netflix series, a teenager who’s boyfriend Anwar struggles to tell him that he’s not had sex before.
However Anwar manages to tell Nick the truth, and he was understanding of his boyfriend’s feelings. According to IMDb, his role in Sex Education was his first TV role since leaving Emmerdale.
The star appears to keep his life away from the spotlight as his last post on social media was 66 weeks ago. One thing his fans might not know is that Thomas previously appeared on ITV’s Britain's Got Talent.
Previously speaking to Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard on Good Morning Britain he revealed that he had a secret past on the talent show.
He was explaining that he was nervous as he hadn't done much live TV before but that he did once appear as a backing singer for Bars and Melody on the ITV talent show, The Sun reports.
He said: "I was a backing singer on Britain's Got Talent once, when I was younger. Kate and Ben were totally shocked, asking: "Were you? Bars and Melody, oh yeah." Thomas added: "Yeah, I was, in the final. It was weird. I did a little sway."
