Emmerdale's Claire King has teased Jamie Tate could make a shock return to the ITV soap.
Kim Tate is convinced her son Jamie is dead, after his car careered off the road and into a huge lake. Whilst his body was never found, it was presumed he had died in the horror crash.
However, months later, it was revealed Jamie is actually alive and well and living with his daughter Millie.
The news is not known by Kim though, and show bosses have previously teased there could be "huge fireworks" if she was ever to find out that her son betrayed her completely.
"No one has told me, but I do know it’s going to be action-packed!" Claire told OK! magazine.
"I think all the stuff with Jamie might raise its ugly head, as Kim thinks Jamie is dead and hasn’t seen Millie - I know she’ll want to see her granddaughter. She will have a way of trying to find her. But I don’t know."
It comes after show bosses revealed Jamie could make a surprise return.
Producers teased to The Mirror and other press: "We know that Jamie Tate is actually still alive and so obviously that information is still to come out. Who's going to find out? And what will they do once they know?
"We know what a tough cookie Kim is, but we also know that Jamie is her Achilles heel. I'm pretty sure we can expect huge fireworks if she ever finds out just how much he betrayed her."
However, bosses haven't confirmed if actor Alexander Lincoln will be making a return to the soap.
Kim had always been convinced that her son was alive but resigned herself to the fact he wasn't after he failed to turn up to Andrea's memorial, after she was killed by evil Meena Jutla.
In tears, she told her on/off lover Will Taylor: "He's dead isn't he?" as Will replied: "Yeah I reckon so."
Kim wept, as she said: "He's gone," - but the following scene showed Jamie alive and well as he surprised Millie.
