Emmerdale actress Katie Hill has said she'd love to see her character's parents back in the village again.
Teen Sarah Sugden is currently living with her close family, the Dingles, while her mother Debbie Dingle remains in Scotland with her brother Jack.
Her father Andy Sugden has been on the run for a crime he didn't commit since 2016.
Charley Webb and Kelvin Fletcher both left their roles as the characters, but actress Katie would love to see them return one day.
Speaking exclusively to The Mirror at the British Soap Awards 2022, Katie spilled all on her hopes for future scenes, as she also teased some emotional moments ahead.
She said of Andy and Debbie: "Yeah, I think it would be lovely. Sarah and Debbie had such a nice relationship. Charley [Webb] is amazing, I loved working with her. If in the future the both of them decided to come back it would be really nice I think."
Katie also joked about Sarah never featuring in scenes with Victoria Sugden, despite her being Victoria's niece.
She said: "They never have scenes together, I thought the exact same thing! Even though she is a Sudgen she doesn't mix with them."
On who she'd like to share more scenes with in the Dingle clan, Katie spilled: "I used to film with Samson quite a lot and they had a nice relationship, but then they dropped that.
"I think it would be nice to work with him a bit more, and like you said all of the younger cast are sort of coming together more, which is nice."
While holding back on the details, amid other cast teasing deaths, Katie told us about the 50th anniversary episodes too.
Katie revealed: "It's very big. There is a lot going on and that is all I can say. It will be one of its peak moments."
The actress also discussed Faith Dingle's ongoing cancer storyline, ahead of the truth being revealed to her family this week.
Speaking of Sarah's reaction she said: "It will really affect her and it's gonna be really sad. I am dreading watching it all but Sally [Dexter] is amazing, and she is going to smash the storyline.
"I have got some nice stuff coming up with Faith, so I've been doing a few scenes with her. I think Sarah is just finding herself at the moment.
"She is going to finish college this year so we will have to see what comes for her when she finishes school, and where she will work and all that!"
