Emmerdale fans have begged popular vet Paddy Kirk to leave his cheating wife following emotional scenes on Tuesday night which saw Chas Dingle viciously lash out at her husband.
Chas has been cracking under the pressure of having to keep brother Cain's murderous secrets, while covering up her affair with bad boy Al Chapman, who was really shot dead by Cain's son, Kyle. Tuesday's episode saw the Dingle family including Chas and Paddy gather to say goodbye to Liv in a private send-off.
The emotion of losing her lover and not being able to attend his funeral, saw Chas overcome with grief as she fled the scene. She managed to cover her emotions but later broke down at home.

Paddy tried to comfort Chas, telling her she's "the best person he knows" — but his kind words proved to be little comfort for his wife. "No, I'm not," Chas insisted.
Paddy pressed on as he assured his wife that she's "kind and warm and lovely", but she couldn't take it anymore as she lashed out. "Stop it," Chas demanded. "You don't know, just stop it!"
Chas then forcefully shoved a stunned Paddy away, as she ordered him to "get out" and leave her while he still could. "Why would I? I love you, I'd never leave you," Paddy asked her.
Lydia walked in to ask about Liv's memorial before the situation could escalate any further, with Chas making an excuse for an exit to sort herself out. "She's getting worse," Paddy confided in Lydia. "I don't know why."
Fans were furious with what they witnessed on Tuesday night's episode and begged for Paddy to leave Chas. On Twitter @griannedoherty3 said: "Poor Paddy, the bloke who literally hasn't put a single foot wrong this whole relationship. Chas never HAS & never will deserve him in a million years. Sooner he finds out the truth & she loses everything the better. Even Aaron's realised he's better off without her #Emmerdale."
@mishybabez_ said: "Still have ZERO sympathy for selfish Chas! You've made your bed with another man and you lie it in. Paddy Kirk deserves soooo much better #Emmerdale."
