Former Emmerdale star Tom Lister looks completely unrecognisable after undergoing an extensive weight loss transformation.
The 44-year-old, who portrayed Carl King on the long-running ITV soap for eight years between 2004 and 2012, shared his impressive new look as he revealed he has lost a dramatic 2.5 stone.
The former soap star has spent the last six months working out and has managed to completely transform his look. Taking to Instagram to share his before and after, Tom explained that he was inspired to change his lifestyle after finding himself "feeling low" and struggling to find work.
