Emmerdale's Anthony Quinlan looks worlds away from his days in the Dales.
The 37-year-old has swapped filming for fitness and now works as an online weight-loss coach.
His Instagram is full of gym selfies and ripped shirtless photos as he promotes his business to his 152,000 followers.
He claims to be able to help clients to lose weight, tone up or get lean "whilst eating the foods they love."
In one snap he flaunts an impressive six-pack and muscular arms as he posed outside to celebrate International Fitness Day.
Anthony quit the show in 2019 after arriving in the village as Pete Barton in 2013.
The actor was banged up in prison and got involved in a fiery romance with Debbie Dingle before he was last seen driving to Liverpool to be reunited with his brother.
After leaving Emmerdale he did a stint in Hollyoaks as Gilly Roach as well as making headlines about his own personal life.
He dated Strictly Come Dancing's Dianne Buswell but the pair broke up in 2018.
Dismissing the "Strictly Curse", he told the Daily Star at the time: "We're still really good friends - it's just distance played a part. There were all these rumours about the Strictly curse but it wasn't that."
Anthony is now dating co-star Nikki Sanderson, who he enjoyed a trip to Cannes with after "sliding into her DMs".
The couple regularly work out together and recently and tried a squat challenge that involved 3 minutes and 25 seconds of "leg burning".
Sharing a video of them both doing squats, Nikki wrote: "Not going to lie…. That hurt.
"The “bring sally up, bring sally down” squat challenge is 3 mins 25 seconds of leg burning so called fun… he can’t set the challenge without doing it himself hey? Even if he does rope me in," the Candice Stowe actor added.
Speaking of their relationship, Anthony told The Sun : "I slid into the DMs and that was it. I was lucky enough to get a date and the rest is history."
