Emmerdale spoilers confirm new drama for Chloe Harris and Mackenzie Boyd in upcoming scenes.
The pair are currently hiding their shock fling, after they slept together in the summer resulting in teenager Chloe falling pregnant.
Since then Mack has vowed not to be a part of Chloe or his child's life, and Chloe has decided to bring up the baby on her own.
After clashing with sister Amy recently, she left the village claiming to be moving in with a friend - while it was soon clear she had nowhere to go.
Chloe will soon return to the village in dramatic fashion, when she collapses and is rushed to hospital.
Her pal Sarah Sugden learns what has happened and soon tells Mackenzie, the partner of her grandmother Charity, unaware of his link to her and the baby.
Chloe’s surprised when Sarah brings Mack and Charity along to the hospital, and Mack struggles to hide his panic over what has happened.
His guilt only builds when he finds out what Chloe has been going through alone, and the truth about her recent departure from the village.
He finds a moment alone with her at the hospital, and tells Chloe that he’ll do what he can to support her and the baby.
His pal Nate is still convinced Mack wants to be involved in the baby's life, with him being the only person, asides Kerry Wyatt, that knows the truth.
But Mackenzie’s resistant when Nate suggests he may want more to do with his baby than he’s letting on, and claims this not to be the case.
Back at the hospital, Chloe gets ready to be discharged but she is left uneasy when Charity and Sarah offer to take her home with them to their house, where Mack also lives.
Chloe declines, but Charity and Sarah won’t take no for an answer when she gives reasons why she can't live there.
Mack has no idea about the proposition, while equally Charity and Sarah have no clue about his fling with Chloe.
Soon enough, he struggles to hide his panic when he sees Chloe has moved in and realises there is no escape.
Worried about the truth coming out, Mackenzie does his best to oust Chloe from the house - but will his plan backfire on him?
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
