Emmerdale dropped a major clue about Cathy Hope's huge new storyline, and fans think they know what's going on.
It was revealed earlier this month that teen Cathy will take centre-stage next year in a "challenging" and "emotional" new plot.
No details have been revealed on what happens, but it's said it's something parents will be able to connect with.
In the latest episode of the ITV soap, Cathy dropped hints about what she's been hiding - after she was recently seen breaking down, and appeared isolated.
Her twin brother Heath Hope checked in on her during Thursday night's episode, and admitted he had noticed her being a little off recently.
Asking if she was okay, Heath listened as Cathy confessed to feeling "scared" at times, revealing something was affecting her.
While she could not explain her feelings, she said she had sudden moments of hating things, which would then lift.
Heath said to her: "Sometimes you bite my head off and all. But more than normal. Are you okay?"
Cathy responded: "It’s like this thing comes down and I hate everything and I’m scared. And then it’s gone."
In that moment, her father Bob and stepmother Wendy arrived and Bob immediately offended his daughter.
Making a comment about her choir performance, Bob left Cathy furious and she soon hit out at him and called him pathetic.
But in this, she once again alluded to something going on - with Wendy looking concerned for her.
Cathy shouted: "I knew you would be like this. You hate me. You think I am useless, you all do.
"You never listen to me. You don't have a clue what is going on, you think you are great but you're not, you're pathetic."
She stormed off as Bob confessed he didn't understand what was wrong with her, but viewers were convinced they knew the truth.
Fans began to speculate she could be suffering with her mental health, with depression and Seasonal Affective Disorder both mentioned by viewers.
What Cathy was saying could suggest she may have an anxiety disorder or Agoraphobia - which is the fear of crowded places or going outside, while it can also see someone struggle in places where it is difficult to escape.
Viewers were sure they knew what was going on, with one writing on Twitter : "I think she may have depression."
Another said: "Does Cathy have Seasonal Affective Disorder?"
A third viewer added: "Bipolar," as a fourth asked: "Do we think Cathy is going to a mental health issue, something like bipolar or borderline personality disorder they keep saying she has this big storyline coming up."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
