Emmerdale viewers believe they have it sussed who the new owner of The Woolpack pub will be on the ITV soap.
The pub was ruined in a horrifying Christmas Day explosion, and as the insurance failed to pay out for the damage and the deal with Al fell through, Chas and Marlon Dingle have been left with no other choice but to turn to auction to raise the money.
The pair had been hoping to sell the pub to Al but investor Gavin pulled out, leaving him with not enough capital to purchase it.
It means that The Woolpack will end up with a brand new owner - but who will it be?
Viewers saw Kim Tate considering putting in a bid at the auction for the venue this week, with her spotted eyeing up the place.
Charity Dingle, a former owner before Chas and Marlon bought her out, was horrified to think long-time rival Kim might be the new owner.
With this being the home and livelihood of Chas and the family, the idea of it getting into the hands of Kim left them all panicked.
Even Kim's fiancé Will Taylor didn't think it was a good idea, as Kim looked to the future and began looking at the auction brochure.
She explained previously how she was weighing up her options on what to do next with her life, with her keen on a new project.
But will it be wealthy Kim who lands the pub at auction, or will someone else get their hands on it?
It's revealed later this week who it is, as they ask to meet Chas and Marlon in person leaving them terrified.
But fans think they may already know what the result is, speculating they have already worked out the new owner of the famous pub.
Taking to Twitter after the latest episode of the soap, fans suggested Charity's son Ryan Stocks might buy the pub, with the inheritance he will receive following the death of his adoptive mother Irene.
One fan said: "I think Ryan could buy the pub," as another wrote: "I hope Ryan buys it not kim tate and I can't wait for tomorrow."
A third tweeted: "Ryan’s gonna buy the Woolie with his inheritance," while a fourth agreed: "I predict Ryan will buy the pub with his inheritance."
Not everyone was convinced though, as one fan said: "Kim could buy the pub and then offer Chas her old job back."
Another commented: "I don't think Ryan is going to buy the pub with his inheritance - I think he's going to become a private investigator the amount of time people have ask him to either track people down or snoop through people's accounts!"
A third said: "If scriptwriters have any sense, Kim Tate will buy and run the Woolpack."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7pm on ITV, with an extra episode at 8pm on Thursdays.
