Emmerdale fans are sure they've 'worked out' who Caleb Miligan's second child is - after he hinted he was a father to at least two.
In scenes that aired on the ITV soap yesterday, Caleb (Will Ash) and Leyla Harding ( Roxy Shahidi ) continued with their romance, but she was keen to quiz him on why he insisted on keeping things between the two of them. Leyla wanted to go public with Caleb but he wasn't sure on the idea as she asked him why their relationship had to be a secret.
She then asked him what he was hiding, as he told her he didn't want the news to get back to his kids.
However, his choice of wording left fans stunned - as he said 'kids' not 'kid'. Whilst it could be all part of his lies, fans of the ITV soap are now convinced they know who Caleb's other child could be after it was revealed last week that Nicky is his.
Caleb had told Leyla he had a "tricky" relationship with his children after splitting up with their mother - with fans sure who the identity of that person is, and claim they're already in the village.
Confused fans took to Twitter to comment on Caleb's choice of words.
"Did anyone else note what Caleb said to leyla? ‘I’ve got kids to protect’ Kids as in more than one. So there’s not only Nicky…? Another Tate on its way then? Hmm," one viewer penned.
A second added: "CALEB SAID KIDS NICKY ISNT HIS ONLY CHILD WHATTT #Emmerdale."
Now fans are sure that Nicky's sibling - and Caleb's other child - is Chloe Harris, who is about to give birth to Mackenzie's child.
"I still think Chloe is Caleb's daughter in Emmerdale and Nicky's half-sister," one wrote, as another mused in response to the original tweet: "True, Amy’s and Chloe’s dad is supposed to be called “Tony” unless Caleb gave himself a false identity rather than give his real name and is the father to all three of Kerry’s kids through bigamy? #Emmerdale."
Chloe Harris actress Jessie Elland previously teased to The Mirror and other press about the identity of her father. We know she is Amy's full sister after mum Kerry admitted they had the same dad.
"So we've not seen her father yet, but it would be really interesting to bring him in to see how he and Chloe would interact. I do get the sense that Chloe knows her dad is fundamentally a bad person. She feels very trapped by him, scared of him, but at the end of the day he's still her dad and she still loves him, so it would be interesting to play out that dynamic and those emotions," she shared and when asked if Caleb was her dad, she kept coy, adding: "I am just as excited as everyone else to see what happens with that one."
