Emmerdale fans are fearing the worst, after spoilers confirmed killer Meena Jutla would be back to murder Billy Fletcher and Dawn Taylor.
Her reign of terror will continue as she seeks her dark revenge against former lover Billy and his new wife Dawn on their wedding day.
The ITV soap recently dropped an eerie trailer, revealing the moment serial killer Meena heads back to the village next week and causes havoc - after her escape last month.
According to new spoilers, it could see the end of the killer now that everyone knows her killer secret - while the soap revealed "more than one life hangs in the balance" throughout the big week.
Details on the storyline and what unfolds are being kept under wraps until transmission, with the character's fate, and that of others, not yet revealed.
As their families party at Home Farm, little do they know that Meena has managed to kidnap the happy couple and turn their big day into a nightmare.
As Meena has Billy and Dawn trapped at a remote viaduct, she taunts them with a gun and teases Billy with a 'game'.
Billy must choose between himself and Dawn who lives and who dies, as she wields a gun in front of them - with Dawn actress Olivia Bromley hinting at a stunt.
Now, fans believe that Dawn will be the unlucky victim and might die on her wedding day.
Taking to Twitter, some fans threatened to switch off the soap for good if the character is killed off in scenes next week.
One fan wrote: "If Dawn and Billy don't marry and Dawn goes so will your viewers since she's not on it its been good to watch she's a good actor."
Another said: "If you kill off Dawn your viewing figures will PLUMMET. Better hope we're not stuck with the acting and scripting disaster that is M**na."
A third viewer tweeted: "Getting excited for this but I’ll be gutted if Dawn does get killed off," while a fourth wrote: "If Harriet, Dawn or Billy dies next week, Emmerdale I won’t be able to forgive you…"
Other theories included Billy dying while trying to save his wife, or maybe Dawn's dad or stepmother Harriet losing their life.
It's not yet confirmed what happens or if anyone even dies in the huge scenes - with Meena's judgement day set to be on the cards at some point too.
"I think it's fair to say that judgement day for Meena is coming. But whether she'll get away with murder you're going to have to wait and find out," executive producer Jane Hudson teased to The Mirror and other press.
"There are still some more twists and turns to be had in this story. Some that you probably won't see coming but I think we can all agree that Meena can pretty much do anything."
She added: "But yes, Meena's judgement day is coming. It won't play out quite as you expect, there will be a lasting effect on a lot of the villagers but I think within the next few months, Meena will get what's coming with her."
