Emmerdale fans have spotted a huge blunder as Vinny Dingle begged Manpreet Sharma to help him bring down Meena Jutla.
The pair were held hostage by the evil serial killer - who is currently still on the run after managing to escape and flee the country - and they thought they would be able to help bring Meena to justice after she confessed all her crimes to Manpreet.
However, despite Manpreet - who is now awake after being in a coma - telling the police exactly what Meena had said, the police have insisted there's not enough evidence to allow Liv to be released from prison, where she is currently accused of murdering Ben.
