Emmerdale fans are predicting things will take a dark turn for Noah Dingle and Chloe Harris on the ITV soap, after his recent behaviour.
After weeks of acting aggressively and becoming obsessed with Chloe, Thursday night's episode hinted there were darker scenes ahead.
Now, some viewers fear Chloe could be killed in a horrifying twist, or that Noah could assault Chloe as his behaviour worsens.
Chloe rejected Noah again in the latest episode and chose Nate over him, leading to a worrying reaction.
Just months ago, Noah turned on her when she cheated on him with Jacob Gallagher, before ending their romance.
Noah lost it as she refused to reconcile, and became verbally aggressive while also throwing something at her.
Last month, Noah tried to get back with Chloe again, clearly not letting it drop - just as she hoped to embark on a romance with Nate Robinson.
On Thursday night, viewers saw Chloe getting cosy with Nate again - despite planning to go to a gig with Noah.
Noah has been plotting to win her back despite her clear insistence that they are no more than friends, but Noah cannot seem to take the hint.
Instead he desperately tried to get her to go for a drink with him before the gig, and when she said no he suggested a shopping trip instead.
Chloe then had a better offer when Nate invited her back to his for drinks, and she didn't waste any time in deciding to ditch the gig.
She failed to tell Noah this though, and as he failed to get an answer at her house, with her phone also switched off, he became angry.
As his mother Charity asked him about it he shouted at her before storming off, clearly in a mood.
But things soon took a dark turn as he followed her in the village, and even appeared to record her.
After spotting Chloe with Nate and hearing her say how they couldn't tell Noah what she'd done, he stared at her from afar in a rage.
Pulling a menacing look on his face it was clear he wasn't going to let it go, and he soon confronted her.
When she lied to his face that she had to look after Kyle, he acted as if he hadn't seen her and instead tried to trip her up on her words.
As Chloe walked away and said they should do something another time, he hid his anger and told her there was plenty of time to see each other.
When Chloe walked off, she was unaware that Noah was seemingly recording her or taking pictures of her, as he raised his phone in her direction.
Viewers tuning in at home shared their thoughts on the plot on Twitter, as many predicted danger ahead for Chloe.
One viewer said: "Noah is going to turn in to Norman Bates within 24 months."
A second asked: "Is Noah gonna be the next Dales murderer?!"
"Noah’s going all psycho now ffs," a third fan commented, as another said: "I’m seeing the next village serial killer."
The comments kept coming too, with another tweet reading: "You can just see noah committing a sexual assault on chloe."
