There's been plenty of drama in the Dales this week following Suzy's shock revelation that she was the one who gave Holly money for drugs on the night she died - leaving grieving mum Moira Barton furious. But now soap fans have predicted that Suzy, played by Martelle Edinborough, could potentially be connected to another death mentioned in the village this week.
In the latest instalment of the ITV long-running drama, the villagers were still in shock following Suzy's bombshell admission, which unravelled across Monday and Tuesday night. In Wednesday's episode, the wedding and events planner was seen packing up her stuff from Take A Vow and preparing to leave the village.
In scenes on Wednesday's episode, Jai asked Suzy if the coke found at Take a Vow, which he got the blame for, was actually hers. After a tense few moments, where viewers wondered if she would finally reveal Layla's secret, Suzy lied and told them it was hers, the Liverpool Echo reports.

But meanwhile, on the other side of the village there was another shock moment unfolding as Dawn, played by Olivia Bromley, received a devastating phone call whilst visiting Home Farm. She was left speechless after discovering her best friend, Beth, had died of an overdose - despite thinking she was getting clean.
She later explained to Kim that they became close while "on the game" together and that she "always had her back". But the sudden mention of the character, who hasn't been seen or spoken about in the soap before, sparked some theories amongst fans who thought, given the timing, it could be linked to the current storyline involving Suzy.
Taking to Twitter during the episode, Samantha said: "Is Dawn’s dead friend gonna be linked to Suzy?", while Jess said: "Dawn's new long term best friend's death is well gonna be linked to Suzy".
"Do we really need two drug storylines at the same time?," Rachel adds: "What’s the betting Dawn’s new, now dead, best friend has links to Suzy #Emmerdale." Another viewer, Silver, said: "Suzy is going to be reliable for another death or near death I think #emmerdale."
"And now we find out that Dawn's random unseen best friend has died..... #Emmerdale," Matthew Chapman posted whilst PJ Davies said: "Dawn discussing her best mate who's never been mentioned before klaxon".
Emmerdale airs weekdays from 7.30pm on ITV and the ITV Hub with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
