Emmerdale fans feel sorry for Marshall as fan theory comes true

Emmerdale viewers “feel sorry” for Marshall as he was forced to reject Arthur because of his ‘homophobic’ dad.

Last night Arthurs LGBTQ assembly was cancelled and the teen almost shared a kiss with his pal but was interrupted by a phone call from Marshall’s dad.

During tonight’s episode of the hit ITV soap Laurel confronted the local councillor, Colin, who argued that "some parents" have a right to their beliefs as well as religious values.

Meanwhile Arthur spoke to Marshall about their special moment which saw the two boys almost kiss.

Arthur was left devastated as Marshall insisted that he was not gay or bisexual and was in fact just “caught up in the moment.”

The teen forgave him and invited him over for tea after spending the afternoon together but Marshall declined the offer as his dad, who happened to be Collin the counsellor, came to pick him up.

Laurel was horrified when she realised that Colin was Marshall’s dad as she quickly realised that he was the one who made the complaint about Arthurs LGBTQ assembly.
