Emmerdale fans call for Matthew Bose to return to show as he reunites with his on-screen sister

Former Emmerdale actor Matthew Bose looks completely different in reunion snap shared with fans.

The 44-year-old actor played Paul Lambert for six years on the soap. Any further acting work he may have conducted is not widely known and Paul has kept a low profile since leaving the show.

Now, he spends much of his time supporting charities. He is a Celebrity Ambassador for the UK and Ireland charity The Encephalitis Society; and is a patron of The Scratching Post a cat rescue charity in Hertfordshire.

Fans have often called for the return of the much loved character. He did return for a very brief stint in 2015 but has rarely been mentioned on screen since.

Matthew looks completely different from his character, 12 years after he quit the soap. He has reunited with former co-star and on-screen sister Nicola Wheeler.

Nicola, who plays Nicola King on the ITV soap, was snapped with Matthew in a sweet picture shared on his social media. The pair joined together to create art for a charity exhibition.

Accompanied with a picture of the pair, Matthew said on social media: "Always the best times hooting with my pretendy sister @nicolawheeler creating art for my arty-party in aid of encephalitis to be exhibited at the end of June for @twitrartexhibit #encephalitis #brainart."

Matthew now sports a much longer hairstyle. Fans were quick to jump into the comments and compliment the pair.
