Emmerdale fans were crying just minutes into tonight's episode.
Last night on the ITV soap we saw Marlon Dingle suffer from blurred vision as his world dramatically slowed down. He was soon rushed off to hospital as he collapsed to the floor and was found by his daughter April.
Once at the hospital, doctors told partner Rhona that Marlon had suffered a stroke. He needed urgent surgery in order to help save his life as he lie lifeless but conscious in a hospital bed.

Tonight's episode saw April see her dad for the first time since he made it to hospital in heart wrenching scenes that had some viewers turn into a 'blubbering mess'.
As April entered the room Marlon tried to speak but no words came out. So April spoke instead. She said: "Hi dad. I don't know what to say. You would. You always do.
"I love you isn't enough. That's what you'd say when you drop me off at school or when you used to read me a bedtime story. Not when it might be..."
A single tear rolled down Marlon's face as he took in what his daughter was saying, still unable to respond. April started to tear up too as she continued.
She said: "I never got to tell mum how much she meant to me, now I can't even tell you. I'm so sorry dad."
Fans of the ITV soap took to Twitter to show how emotional the scene had made them. Julie said: "Oh my goodness #emmerdale making me a blubbering mess tonight"
Emma said: "Oh that April and Marlon scene has broken me. #Emmerdale" Meanwhile, Pilch said: "Oh my life.... poor April. Is anyone else got a lump in their throat... #Emmerdale"
Rachel was also reaching for the tissues as she said: "Anyone else bawling at this? Asking for a friend … #Emmerdale"
