Emmerdale crash horror as Cain speeds towards Al in sinister threat ahead of stunt

Emmerdale's Cain Dingle and Al Chapman find their feud stepping up a gear next week , ahead of the ITV soap's big stunts.

Details of the big moments and who is involved remain under wraps, but it has been teased lives will be on the line thanks to Cain and Al's feud reaching boiling point.

Next week, new spoilers confirm the characters are back at war, leading to dangerous scenes - while there is no mention of any stunts.

What is revealed is that Cain speeds a car towards Al, who is refusing to step out of the way - both clearly wanting the other to drop the ball in a challenge of who is the most alpha male.

As thing escalate across the week, this could be the moment it finally comes to a head.

After Al leaves his car at Cain's garage for repairs, it seems Cain is up to no good again.

Al's annoyed when his enemy returns his car and after finding a cable tie securing the drive shaft in the engine, he guesses Cain has further sabotaged the vehicle.

Storming to the garage, he tells Cain to prove it is safe by driving it for him - to which Cain agrees.

He's soon roaring it at speed down the main street and straight at Al, with no sign of stopping.

But Al refuses to step aside, challenging Cain to go through with it - while Cain is keen to scare him off.

As Al remains where he is, Cain soon screeches to a halt in the nick of time.

Clearly something happens further down the line with the pair, as it's tipped their feud will lead to danger.

Soap producer Laura Shaw told The Mirror: "We'll see the Cain and Al rivalry resurface and I can promise you that that will take a big twist in the special week, and lives will definitely be in danger."

She later added: "We know that these two have a simmering rivalry that's been building for months now, so we think it's going to be explosive when these two butt heads again.

"Will they both come away from the week unscathed or will something big happen that will change the dynamic between these two forever?"
