The BBC and ITV have pulled Emmerdale, Coronation Street and EastEnders from TV schedules tonight.
The schedule shift is one of many made in the days since the death of the Queen, with broadcasters including BBC and Channel 4 announcing different programming. Today, for the funeral at Westminster Abbey, ITV is running live, uninterrupted coverage followed by a documentary chronicling the funeral, as well as an extended News At Ten.
All the day's programming, which started at 6am will be broadcast simultaneously on the main channel, five digital channels and the ITV Hub until midnight - the first time the broadcaster has done so.
