Emmerdale has revealed which two characters will definitely become the new owners of the B&B after weeks-worth of hints.
After it was confirmed in December that Eric Pollard would sell up to two characters, viewers began speculating who it could be.
Spoilers soon teased Bob Hope and Bernice Blackstock would take over the venue, with them agreeing to go into business together - while the show never confirmed the news.
Now, the soap's producers Jane Hudson and Laura Shaw have finally announced which two characters fans can expect to see in the B&B.
But spoilers have teased a twist in store, as a third character attempts to steal the business from them with a higher bid.
Bernice's sister Nicola sneakily buys the B&B leaving her gutted, but Eric agrees to let her and Bob try and beat the offer.
Soon enough it's confirmed Bob and Bernice do team up and take on the new venture together.
Executive Producer Jane revealed in a new spoiler video: "The B&B is going to get some new owners and it's Bob and Bernice, and just even thinking about those two together makes me smile. The opening night it involves a harpist, that's all I'm gonna say about that.
"It's very funny, it's classic Bob and Bernice. It is just hilarious and it continues, their dynamic and relationship. And of course viewers are gonna be thinking are they gonna get together, but Bob is with Wendy so how can that happen? So I'd just enjoy the new dynamic and it will make you laugh a lot.
"Within Bob's family w'eve got quite a serious storyline going on as well which just works really well in that mix."
Speaking about what was ahead in 2023, she recently spilled: "We're gonna have some new owners at the B&B, I'm not going to tell you who new owners are but let's just say it's very boutique, and the decor is very glamorous.
"It's got an absolute touch of class and it's just on the right side of not being cheesy. It's going to be two owners who are not a couple."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
