Emmerdale fans have been predicting some major new twists for Caleb Miligan and his secret son Nicky on the ITV soap, since their big plan was revealed.
But the soap's Executive Producer, Jane Hudson, has plenty to say about the predictions - even confessing she wished she'd thought of them first.
After scanning some of the biggest theories from fans about Caleb and Nicky and their links to the village, she's finally addressed speculation regarding Caleb's mystery wife.
Jane also discussed the possible return or arrival of Tate family members, following the big reveal that Caleb is Frank Tate's secret son.
Viewers know that Caleb and Nicky have teamed up to take down Frank's ex Kim Tate, wanting to steal Home Farm and everything she owns.
Knowing that she was awful to Frank and even stole some of his fortune, the men want it all back.
Along the way there have been some major hints to other people being involved in their storyline, and whether past characters could return.
Viewers had speculated Nicky's mystery mother was a former character from the show, with names including Sadie King and Tina Dingle thrown into the mix.
There were also theories about Caleb's other children after he confirmed he had more than one child.
Joe Tate and Jamie Tate were also tipped for a comeback, with many guessing they could be helping Caleb to target Kim.
But producer Jane has now addressed it all, and revealed what was really going on - ruling out some big theories.
Speaking to The Mirror and other press, Jane appeared to deny Nicky's mother was a past character with no plans for her to enter the show for now.
If it had been Tina or someone else, it's likely she would have said or they would definitely be joining at some point.
Jane also confirmed there were no plans for any more Tate relatives to show up, appearing to rule out returns for Joe and Jamie.
She said: "Not right now, we haven't got plans to meet Caleb's wife at the moment. We've not planned it, but that doesn't mean it won't happen, but right now it is not on the cards."
On more Tates returning, she said: "Who knows, it's the Tates and the Dingles, you never know where that family tree ends, I don't think there are any plans, but never say never with the Tates."
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
