Do adjust your sets: your normal TV programming will be interrupted tonight. Both Eastenders and Emmerdale, which would normally air on a Tuesday evening, will not, while the One Show has moved channels for a day.
This is all because of football. It's FA Cup night, and both ITV and the BBC have the rights to show fifth-round matches.
BBC One will therefore show Middlesbrough vs Tottenham Hotspur, with coverage beginning at 7.30pm and kick-off at 7.45pm. ITV, meanwhile, is showing Peterborough United vs Manchester City; coverage begins at 6.45pm and kick-off is at 7.15pm.

The One Show will still be broadcast at 7pm, but it'll be on BBC Two rather than the usual BBC One. Eastenders returns on Thursday at 7.40pm on BBC One, while Emmerdale returns tomorrow at 7pm on ITV.
It's not the only time the One Show has been forced to move lately: it was shifted to BBC Two last week to make room for extended BBC News coverage of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Tonight's show includes guest appearances from Delia Smith, Peaky Blinders' Joe Cole, and Bohemia Rhapsody's Lucy Boynton.
Also on telly tonight is the first episode of Rock Till We Drop, in which Lady Leshurr and Martin Kemp search for OAPs to join a band. The show begins on BBC Two at 9pm.
