Emmerdale sees the return of at least four characters next week on the ITV soap, triggering emotional scenes for two characters.
There's court scenes ahead, as Nicola King could finally get justice over the disgusting attack on her earlier this year.
After an altercation with a group of girls on a night out, Nicola was brutally attacked and left bleeding and barely conscious on the ground.
While she physically recovered from the assault, Nicola was struggling mentally in the weeks that followed - and she recently realised she still hadn't processed what happened to her.
Nicola has been suffering with PTSD, and next week viewers will see her face her attackers once more.
Her attackers, or at least four of them, make their return as they appear in court over their crime - joined by Naomi Walters.
Charles Anderson's daughter Naomi was revealed to have been at the scene of the attack, when Nicola recognised her voice and her trainers.
Soon it emerged she was there, but she was not involved in the attack - while she didn't help Nicola either.
Naomi eventually told the police everything and revealed who the attackers were, and now the five of them face court.
It's not clear if there were other girls there too, and if all of the girls involved will feature.
But group leader and main attacker Saskia, who hurt Nicola and then threatened Naomi, will be back with her pals.
Naomi is mortified by accusations as the trial begins, with Saskia's barrister claiming Naomi has dragged the girls into her own mess after issues between them.
Later in the week, Naomi runs into a manipulative Saskia in the toilets who insinuates that Naomi owes her money.
Saskia threatens to drag Naomi’s family into this if she doesn’t change her version of events - but will she get her way?
As Naomi does her best to ignore Saskia and stay calm, the words of the defence barrister cause her to erupt with upset and outrage, and she comes clean about Saskia’s threats.
So will Nicola get justice and will Saskia and the others face punishment, or does Naomi need to prepare for a stint in prison?
