Emmerdale's Fiona Wade, who plays Priya Sharma in the soap, is reportedly set to leave her role in the ITV show after 11 years. It has been reported by The Sun that Fiona is departing her role as Priya, and it's said her exit storyline is being kept a big secret.
It's not yet been revealed whether it will be linked to the recent devastation of the storm, reports the Mirror Online. Fiona's character Priya works at Take A Vow, a wedding planning business that helped to organise Kim Tate and Will Taylor's wedding.
However, the wedding didn't go to plan when a storm hit this month to mark the 50th anniversary of the ITV soap. The storm has already claimed two lives, that of Harriet Finch and Liv Flaherty, with other lives still hanging in the balance.
