Emmanuel Macron in West Africa as French influence called into question

In tonight's edition: The French president has kicked off a tour of Cameroon, Benin and Guinea-Bissau at a time when French influence in Africa is being called into question in several countries.

Meanwhile, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov was in Congo-Brazzaville this Monday for the second leg of a five-day tour of Africa to try to strengthen Moscow's ties with the continent.
