Determined to 'try new things' in 2023, Emma could be seen having stripped down to her black swimsuit in her back garden and heading into what could have been mistaken for a hot tub. As she climbed up the steps, the 46-year-old could be telling her husband not to film her bottom before plunging into the cold temperatures.
The Voice and The Voice Kids host could be seen taking deep breaths as she covered herself up to her neck in the cold water while her husband gave her some encouragement form behind the camera. "Big, big breaths!" he told her as she tried to get into the zone.
