During a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, actress Emma Stone revealed her preference to be addressed by her birth name, Emily. The 35-year-old star of 'La La Land' expressed her desire to go by Emily instead of Emma, citing that she initially adopted the stage name due to another actress already using the name Emily Stone within SAG-AFTRA.
Stone shared that a few years ago, she had a change of heart and decided she wanted to be called Emily instead. She mentioned that those close to her, including her 'Curse' co-star Nathan Fielder, refer to her as Em, which she finds easier.
