Emma Coronel has revealed that the twin daughters she shares with Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán remain close to their father and are able to see and speak with him, despite years of extraordinary restrictions on the imprisoned drug lord's communications with the outside world.

"There's always going to be a relationship with the father of my daughters," Coronel said during a recent livestream on Kick. "Always, always. He's the father of my treasures."
