Emma Bunton has shared a video of her in EastEnders - aged just 16.
The mum-of-two, 46, shot to fame in the Spice Girls in the nineties, but before that rocked up in Albert Square.
Taking to Instagram, sharing the clip, in which a baby-faced Baby Spice plays a mugger, Emma wrote: "30 years since my most iconic role on @bbceastenders # eastenders #throwback".
Fans couldn't get over the clip - in which the star attempts to rob pensioner Jules in all alley - with many taking to the comments section in shock.
One mused: "Who'd have thought you'd become the biggest pop star in the whole world..."
Another said: "I never knew this!"
While another teased: "Why this wasn't nominated for a BAFTA is beyond me."
Emma was actually rejected for the role of Bianca Jackson on EastEnders, with the role going to Patsy Palmer.
Of course, she didn't lose much sleep over the snub as she went onto become one fifth of one of the biggest selling girl groups of all time.
The Spice Girls formed in 1994 with Emma, Mel B, Mel C, Geri Haliwell and Victoria Beckham achieving overnight success with their debut single Wannabe.
With their Girl Power mantra and accessible image, the group became pop culture icons of the decade.
But in May 1998 Geri left the group citing exhaustion and creative differences before the remaining four went on hiatus in 2000.
They have since rebanded for two concert tours - but fans want them back together again.
In May Emma shared 'then and now' image of her and Mel B, writing: "Happy birthday @officialmelb! I get to call this strong, funny gorgeous woman one of my besties. How lucky am I. Love you darling, have the best day."
Mel C, meanwhile, raised fans' hopes of another reunion in the future as she too shared an image of the pair from the 90s and a second from more recent times.
She captioned the post: "Happy Birthday Melanie! Hope you're having an amazing day. I can't wait to share the stage again with you. Love ya xxx."
Emma is married to Damage star Jade Jones, who she shares sons Tate, 11 and Beau, 15 with.
Speaking to Holly Willoughby on her podcast, By The Light of the Moon, Emma described her first impressions of her now-husband.
"It was very immediate, as soon as I looked at him I thought, 'This is so special,'" she said, adding: "He felt exactly the same and we had very magical moments very early on and I think we were both taken back about that."
