Debbie Nelson, the mother of rapper Eminem, has passed away at the age of 69. Her death was confirmed by Eminem's representative, who did not disclose the cause, although Nelson had been battling lung cancer.

Nelson's relationship with her son, Marshall Mathers III, also known as Eminem, has been a subject of public interest. Eminem's songs, such as 'Cleaning Out My Closet' and 'Lose Yourself,' have referenced their strained relationship over the years.
