Emergency services scrambled to a prison in West Lothian following reports of an incident.
Along with Police Scotland, three fire appliances were sent to HMP Addiewell in West Calder at around 3.50pm on Wednesday, May 3.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We can confirm we were in attendance at HMP Addiewell after receiving reports of an incident. We sent three appliances to the scene."
