Emergency services have raced to an incident on an Ayrshire beach.
Crews are in attendance at Barassie Beach near Troon.
Police, ambulance and fire crews have all stationed themselves on North Shore Road.
A picture from the scene shows emergency vehicles parked up, with firefighters and other emergency responders on a grassy embankment next to the beach.
It is not yet known the nature of the incident.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
