The emergency services came together at Annan Fire Station’s popular open day.
It was a chance to show the life-saving work they do, and their equipment, to enthusiastic members of the public of all ages who popped in between 10am to 2pm.
As well as meeting local firefighters, visitors got to meet Annan’s representatives of Police Scotland, HM Coastguard and Moffat Mountain Rescue Team plus the Dumfries and Galloway Blood Bikes.
Onlookers also saw them in action with demonstrations of dealing with a road traffic accident and how to safely administer CPR.
