Manchester United fans have been left fuming after Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder Moises Caicedo showed once again why he was on the club's radar before moving to the Premier League.
During a thrilling first half on the south coast, Caicedo scored Brighton's second of the game to temporarily put his side ahead against Leicester City at the Amex Stadium. His fine finish after 15 minutes brought back bad memories for many United fans this Sunday.
United were interested in signing Caicedo before he moved to Brighton but decided not to progress with a deal after being concerned a potential deal would become too messy with various agents involved.

The 20-year-old moved to the south coast instead and caught the eye for Brighton when the Seagulls beat the Reds in the opening match of the campaign. With James Garner leaving for Everton, many supporters have suggested that the club should have invested in another defensive midfielder and many have suggested Caicedo could be a good option.
When asked about the interest in Caicedo, his manager Graham Potter said: "He is a really humble person. Loves playing football, is really low maintenance as a player, and just wants to join in football with his teammates.
"He is really enjoying his football as you can imagine. He is only young but he has got such a high possibility. We love him here."
With the Seagulls reaping the rewards at present, here is how the United fans have reacted to his up turn in form.
