NIGEL Farage has been mocked after delivering what was billed as a major speech to rows of empty seats.

The Reform UK leader and his party’s treasury spokesperson Robert Jenrick unveiled their “Economic Rescue Plan” on Monday in the grand Lindley Hall in Westminster.
